We also allow a variety of animals: dogs under the weight of 50 pounds and cats are welcome at our community. Please note that we have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. Hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, or any other small pets must be caged and kept in a sanitary condition.
